Kinship Messages

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

Informational and Error pop-up messages are used to help guide the process of completing Kinship Narrative actions

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Confirmation Messages:

Change Status Confirmation:

NFOANH1C - Changing the status to final will prohibit further modifications to the selected narrative(s).

Delete Narrative Confirmation:

Selecting "OK" will Delete this instance of narrative

ACTION BUTTON:

	Select the OK button to close the pop-up message.
	If the Cancel button is available it is used to cancel the selected action and return to the previous window.

Informational Messages:

When attempting to add a person not listed:

NFOANKC - No additional people are available to add to the Narrative.

Error Messages:

When closing the Kinship Narrative window the message reads:

Narrative text must be entered before saving.

ACTION BUTTON:

Select the OK Button to close the message window.

Warning Messages:

When removing a person from the Involved People list the message reads;

NFOANK1C - Are you sure you want to remove the narrative from the selected person?

Redraft Narrative Confirmation Message:

To redraft a narrative:

You have selected to Redraft a finalized Narrative.
The status will be changed from FINAL  to DRAFT.
Do  you want to continue?

ACTION BUTTON:

	Select the Yes button to complete the action.
	Select the No button to close the pop-up message without taking the action.
