List Protective Action

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The List Protective Action window can be opened by two different flows.

• From the Detail Safety Assessment window select the Protective Action button. :
• From the Search Child Safety window select the Protective Action search criteria.

The window is used to view a list of the Protective Actions associated with the Safety Assessment.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Name:

• If the List Protective Action window is accessed through Detail Safety Assessment, the CFS program case person's name is displayed above the box.
• If the List Protective Action window is accessed through Safety Search while searching by a Protective Action Involved Person, the persons name will display over the list.
• If the List Protective Action window is accessed through Safety Search while searching by a Completed By worker, the worker's name will display over the list.
• If the List Protective Action window is accessed through Safety Search while searching by a supervisor, the supervisors name will display over the list.

Protective Action List Box:

Date:  This column displays the date the Protective Action occurred.

CFS Case Name:  This column displays the Program Case Name for the CFS case.

Worker:  This column displays the name of the worker that completed the Protective Action.

Status:  This column displays the current status of the Protective Action.

Status Date:  This column displays the date the Protective Action status began.

MC: This column displays the number of the Master Case associated with the Protective Action

Reviewed By:  This column displays the first and last name of the person who updated the status to Final or Request Revisions.

Number:  This column displays the system assigned Protective Action number.
