List Safety Plan

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The List Safety Plan window can be opened three ways:

• From the Detail Program Case window for CFS program cases select the Safety Plan icon .
• From the Search Child Safety window select the Safety Plan search criteria.
• From the Detail Safety Assessment window select the Safety Plan icon .

The window is used to view a list of the Safety Plans associated with the Safety Assessment.  To open a Safety Plan highlight the line and select the open icon , double click the line, or select the Open option in the File drop down menu..

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Safety Plan List Box:

Begin Date:  This column displays the date the safety plan was created.

End Date:  This column displays the date a safety plan ended.

CFS Case Name:  This column displays the name on the CFS Program Case.

Worker:  This column displays the name of the worker assigned to the Safety Plan.

Status:  This column displays the
DRAFT

READY FOR REVIEW

FINAL

REVISION REQUESTEDstatus of the Safety Plan.

Status Date:  This column displays the date the status became effective.

MC:  This column displays the Master Case number.

Reviewed By:  This column displays the name of the staff person who reviewed the Safety Plan.

Number:  This column displays the N-FOCUS number for this Safety Plan.
