Protective Action Status History

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Protective Action Status History window is used to view a list of current and past Protective Actions.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Status:  This column displays the status of the Protective Action.

Begin Date:  This column displays the date the Protective Action status began.

Begin Time:  This column displays the time the Protective Action status began.

End Date:  This column displays the end date of a Protective Action status.

Update UserID:  This column displays the N-FOCUS logon ID for the staff person that added or updated the Protective Action status.

On Behalf of: This column displays the name of the staff person responsible for the Protective Action if the another staff person updated the status.

ACTION BUTTONS:

Select the OK button to close the window and return to the Detail Protective Action window.
