Safety Assessment Print Options

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Safety Assessment Print Options window is used to select the optional sections of the Safety Assessment to be printed.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Message:

The Allegations, Domain History and Supervisory Review Sections of the Safety Assessment are optional.  You may deselect them if you do not want them to print.

Allegations:  Click on this check box to remove the check mark and not print the Allegations section of the Safety Assessment.

Domain History:  Click on this check box to remove the check mark and not print the Domain History section of the Safety Assessment.

Supervisory Review:  Click on this check box to remove the check mark and not print the Supervisory Review section of the Safety Assessment.

ACTION BUTTONS:

 Select the OK button to open the Print window and proceed with printing the Safety Assessment.
 Select the Cancel button to stop the print process.
