Safety Plan Status History

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Safety Plan Status History window displays a list of all the statuses for the Safety Plan.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Status:  This column displays the status of the Safety Plan.

Begin Date:  This column displays the date the Safety Plan status became effective.

Begin Time:  This column displays the time the Safety Plan Status became effective.

End Date:  This column displays the date the Safety Plan ended.

Updated By:  This column displays the logon ID for the Staff Person who changed the status.

On Behalf Of:  This column may display the name of the Staff Person responsible for the Status change if done for another Staff Person.

ACTION BUTTONS:

Select the OK button to close the window and return to the Detail Safety Plan window.
