Safety Plan Update Status

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Safety Plan Update Status window opens when the Safety Plan is in Ready for Review status and the Supervisor selects the Update Status option is the Detail Safety Plan Actions drop down menu.  It is used to change the status to Final or to Revisions Requested.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Update Status to Group Box:  

m Final:  Select this radio button to change the Safety Plan to Final status.

m Revisions Requested:  Select this radio button to change the Safety Plan to Revisions Requested status.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to save the status change.
	Select the Cancel button to close the window without making a status change.
