Sort Safety Assessment List

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Sort Safety Assessment List window is used to sort the list of assessments on the List Safety Assessment window by selected criteria.  

Up to three (3) sort functions can be applied.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Sort By Group Box:

Left column  row one:  Click the drop down box and select the first sort criteria.  This is a mandatory field.

Right column  row one:  Click the drop down box and select the order of the sort criteria. '

Left column  row two:  Click the drop down box and select the second sort criteria.  This is an optional sort.

Right column  row two:  Click the drop down box and select the order of the sort criteria. '

Left column  row three:  Click the drop down box and select the third sort criteria.  This is an optional sort.

Right column  row three:  Click the drop down box and select the order of the sort criteria. '

ACTION BUTTONS:

 Select the OK button to apply the selected sort criteria.
 Select the Clear button to remove any sort criteria and remain on the window.
 Select the Cancel button to close the sort window and return to the List Safety Assessment window without sorting the assessment list.
