Cancel Check

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Cancel Check window is opened when the Cancel Check option is selected in the Actions drop down menu on the List Bank Transaction Advice Statement window. It is used to enter the reason the check is being canceled.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Cancel Reason: Select the reason for canceling the check from the reasons listed in the drop down menu.

Reasons include:

Cancelled Check
Returned Check
Stale Dated Check
Stop Payment

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to save the cancel check action. The Cancel Check Confirmation window opens.
	Select the Cancel button to close the window without canceling the check.
