The Detail Bank Account Assignments window is used to assign Commercial Bank Accounts to the Financially Responsible Worker. The assignments can be changed or closed using this window. The window opens by selecting the Assignments button on the Detail Bank Account window. Only supervisors with the appropriate security level are able to change or assign Bank Accounts.

Bank Account Group Box:
Number: This field displays the N-FOCUS assigned system identification number for the financial institution.
Name: This field displays the name of the financial institution.
Assignment List Box:
Last Name: This column displays the last name of the worker assigned to the Commercial Bank Account.
First Name: This column displays the first name of the worker assigned to the Commercial Bank Account.
Office: This column displays the name of the office where the assigned worker is located.
Begin: This column displays the date the assignment began.
End date: This column displays the date the assignment ends.
Position: This column displays the office position number of the assigned worker.
Class: This column displays assigned worker's position classification.
Logon ID: This column displays the assigned worker's logon identification code.
