The Detail Bank Statement window displays the bank statement information. If the interest income from the account is used in the calculation and distribution batch process this window is used to enter and update the interest income figures from the bank statement. If there is a date in the Interest Distributed field no updates are allowed for the statement period.
Mode: The current window mode is displayed under the Close icon.
Bank Account Group Box:
ID Number: This field displays the N-FOCUS assigned identification for the Commercial Bank Account organization.
Name: This field displays the name used for the Commercial Bank Account organization.
Comments: This field displays any comments added to the Commercial Bank Account organization.
Institution Cross Reference: This field displays the state cross reference number for the institution where the state ward is living.
Begin Date: Enter the begin date of the bank statement. When previous statements have been entered this date will be populated with the date following the end date of the last statement.
End Date: Enter the last date covered by the bank statement.
Interest Earned: Enter the amount of interest earned during the period covered by the bank statement.
Investment Interest: Enter the investment interest income earned for the month.
Interest Distributed Date: This field displays the date the interest distribution was processed by the batch job. No changes can be made after this date.
