List Bank Account

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The List Bank Account window is used to display a list of the Commercial Bank Accounts that are assigned to the Financial Responsibility worker who is logged in. The window opens when the Bank Account button is selected on the State Ward Sub Menu. To view this window the worker must have proper security and be assigned to the all the Commercial Bank Accounts in the list.

If the worker has the proper security level but is not assigned to a Commercial Bank Account a
Financial Responsibility worker is not assigned to any Commercial Accountsmessage displays and the window remains open so that a new Commercial Bank Account can be created.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Bank Account List Box:

Name: This column displays the name of the Commercial Bank Account organization.

ID Number: This column displays the N-FOCUS assigned identification for the Commercial Bank Account organization.

Comments: This column displays any worker entered comments about the Commercial Bank Account organization.
