State Ward Trust Fund Accounts - Overview
The State Ward Trust Fund Account tasks are used to access, manage,
report and archive financial trust accounts information for State Wards.
This functionality includes multiple users:
- Financial Responsibility staff at Lincoln, Geneva
and Kearney use the system to distribute interest, post deposits, generate
payouts, and maintain account balances.
- IMFC workers assigned to the ward use the
system to view account balances and generate fund requests.
- Auditors use the system to track state ward
trust fund account management.
- Federal reviewers will analyze the system to verify
state ward trust fund accounts are managed within SACWIS requirements.
The State Ward Trust Fund Account information is accessed through the
State Ward icon
on the N-FOCUS Main Menu. Access to this functionality is
controlled through security.
When the State Ward icon is selected a State
Ward Sub Menu opens with four available areas.
