This window is used to track information about contact with a person, including purposes and results, or when it appears that a person should logically be involved in an investigation, but is not participating and why.
Mode: The current window mode displays under the close icon.
Person: This field is populated with all people involved in the Investigation. If more than one person is involved, the drop down arrow can be used to select another person.
Not Contacted: Select this check box to indicate the person is not participating in the Investigation.
Contact Information Group Box:
Contacted By: Select either DHHS or Law Enforcement from the drop down option.
Date: Enter the date of contact with the Organization.
Time: Enter the time of contact with the Organization.
Location: Enter the location of the contact.
Others Present: Enter any other persons present, including professional title (eg: RN).
Comments: Enter contact information. The first 40 characters will display in the Contact Detail List.

Contact Detail Group Box:
Contacted By: This field displays the agency that made the first contact with the Organization.
Begin Date: This field displays the date the agency made contact with the Organization.
Time: This field displays the time of contact with the Organization.
Location: This field displays brief description of the location where the contact was held.
