DRAFT: Changes are permitted or updates can be applied.
PENDING APPROVAL: The assessment was submitted for supervisory review and approval. Changes not permitted but the supervisor may redraft the survey for modifications
APPROVAL: The supervisor has approved the assessment and has submitted the survey to the software program for scoring. Changes are not permitted. Scoring should be immediate, 10-20 seconds depending upon web site connection.
ACTIVE: Software scoring is complete. The assessment is final and there will be no changes permitted.
CLOSED: When a new assessment is scored the previous ACTIVE assessment will be Closed automatically for the reason “New Assessment” Assessments may also be closed administratively for several reasons and the assessment will not be submitted for approval or final scoring.
