Assessment Types

OJS EVALUATION ONLY:  Juvenile is a Ward of the state for Evaluation purposes only.

DIRECT COMMIT:  Juvenile is a ward of the state but remains at home or is placed in an alternate placement (Not a YRTC).

YRTC:  Juvenile is a ward of the state but has been placed in a Youth Treatment Facility.

PAROLEE:  Juvenile Ward was placed in a YRTC facility but has returned home.

STATUS OFFENDER:  The Ward has been adjudicated as a 3B and this is the primary reason for completing the assessment.

3A COMMUNITY SAFETY CONCERNS:  The ward is a Child Abuse and Neglect case and it has been determined there are concerns with community safety based on actions by the ward.
