Close Assessment

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Close Assessment window is used to record the reason for the closing of the assessment.

FIELD DEFINITIONS:

Close Reason:  Select the assessment
New Assessment

Case Closed

Court Requested New Assessmentclosing reason from those in the drop down list.

Message:

Once an assessment is closed it cannot be re-opened.
Are you sure you want to close this Assessment?

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Yes button to close the assessment.
	Select the No button to return to the YLS Assessment Detail window without closing the assessment.
