WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Confirm Status Change reminder window is used to review the assessment before it is submitted.

Once the assessment is submitted for approval you will not be able to change it.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Yes button to submit the assessment for approval.
	Select the No button to return to the YLS Assessment Detail window without submitting the assessment.
