Maximize Narrative

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Maximize Narrative window is used to view the narrative full screen and/or to conduct a spell check that particular narrative instead of using the spell check function for the full window..

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Narrative Box:

This box contains the complete narrative.  Only 250 characters of text are available even though the window has more room.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to accept any changes and close the window.
	Select the Clear button to erase the narrative.  This action cannot be reversed.  A new narrative must be entered.  If any portion of the narrative has already been saved that portions will not be cleared.
	Select the Spell Check button to open the Spelling and Grammar window .  When the domain narrative has been corrected the YLS Assessment Domain Characteristic Spell Check window opens.
	Select the Cancel button to close the window without making any changes.
