Risk Levels

Low:  The count of characteristics selected indicate that the child has no or minimal risk towards the community. or themselves.  No or some intervention may be required or prescribed.

Moderate:  The count of characteristics selected indicate that the child has some risk to themselves or the community.  Intervention will be required.  The level of intervention will be minimal.

High:  The count of characteristics selected indicate that the child has significant risk to themselves or the community.  Intervention will be required and usually will be an extensive plan.  The plan usually will include a group home or treatment center.

Very High:  The count of characteristics selected indicate that the child is a serious risk to themselves or the community. Very extensive intervention will be required.  This level will require treatment facility support or a group home setting.
