YLS Interview Summary

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The YLS Interview Summary window opens when the Interview Summary icon or the Interview summary option is selected on the YLS Assessment Detail or YLS Domain Characteristics - -Goto drop down menus.  It is used to add or update the narrative related to the YLS interview.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

ARP ID:  This field displays the random/unique N-FOCUS number assigned to the agency related person  It is for display purposes only.

Name:  This field displays first and last name of the Juvenile being assessed.

Mode  This field displays the current window mode.

Interview Date:  Enter the date (MM-DD-YYYY) the interview of the child was held.

Domain List Box:

To update a narrative, double click on the domain line.  The narrative opens in the Narrative Group box below.  Only one line can be updated at a time.

Domain:  This column displays each of the domains.  The lines can be highlighted one at a time.

Interview Narrative:  This column displays the beginning of the interview narrative.

Narrative Group Box:

The Interview Box is used to add or update the Narrative for each domain interview.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the update button to save the narrative for the highlighted domain.  The highlight line then moves to the next domain.
	Select the Clear button to erase all new information entered in the narrative box.  Entries already saved will not be erased.
	Select the Spell Check button to open the Spelling and Grammar window.
	Select the Maximize button to open the Maximize Interview Summary Narrative window.
