Service Needs Time Assessment
WINDOW OVERVIEW:
The Service Needs Time Assessment window is used to add, update, or remove service tasks and determine the time needed to complete each task.
This window must be completed before the assessment can be approved.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:
Name: This field displays the first, middle, and last name of the client.
Mode: This field displays the window mode.
Assessment List Box:
This box is display only. The fields are added, updated, or removed in the field below the box.
Freq.: This column displays the number of times per week that a single task is needed.
Hours: This column displays the number of hours needed for a single occurrence of a task.
Mins: This column displays the number of minutes needed for single occurrence of a task.
Task: This column displays the name of the task.
Category: This column displays the name of the category the task falls under.
Weekly Total Time Group Box:
This box displays the total weekly time computed by the system for all tasks.
Hours: The total number of hours needed for the tasks each week.
and
Minutes: the total number of minutes needed for the tasks each week.
Monthly Total Time Group Box:
This box displays the total monthly time computed by the system for all tasks.
Hours: The total number of hours needed for the tasks each month.
and
Minutes: the total number of minutes needed for the tasks each month.
Task Detail Group Box:
Select a category and task for each task needed. A category may be selected more than once to cover several tasks.
Category: For each task select a category. The category selected narrows the list of tasks available.
Task: Select a task. The list of tasks is specific to the category.
Times task needed in a week: Enter the number of time the task is needed in a week.
Time Needed Box:
Hours: Enter the number of hours needed to complete the task.
Minutes: Enter the number of minutes needed to complete the task.
Task Total Weekly Time Box:
The system computes the total weekly time for all tasks.
Hours: This field displays the weekly number of hours needed to complete the highlighted task.
Minutes: This field displays the weekly number of hours needed to complete the highlighted task.

Select the Add button to move the information from the entry boxes to the list box to review. When all tasks are added and reviewed used the save or save and close icon to save the tasks and times. |

Select the Update button to change a highlighted line of information when the window is in add or update mode. Once the assessment has been approved or denied no further changes can be made. |

Select the Remove button to remove a highlighted line of information when the window is in add or update mode. Once the assessment has been approved or denied no further changes can be made. |
