Sort Service Approval Alert List

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

Select the Sort Descending or Sort Ascending icons on the List Service Approval Alert window to open the Sort Service Approval Alert List By window. This window is used to specify the criteria used to sort the list.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Sort Field Group Box:

Only one option can be selected.

Alert Number: Select this radio button to sort by the number assigned to the Alert.

Display Date: Select this radio button to sort by the date the Alert is displayed.

Due Date: Select this radio button to sort the Alerts by due date.

Type: Select this radio button to sort the Alerts by type.

ACTION BUTTONS:

Select the OK button to begin the sort process based upon the sort criteria.  The List Service Approval Alert window opens with the list sorted.
Select the Cancel button to cancel the sort process and return to the List Service Approval Alert window.
