Case History

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Case History window displays the history information for the program case.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Program Case Group Box:

This group box displays the last and first name of the program case name person, the type of program, and program case number of the selected program case.

Case History List Box:

This list displays the history of the program case.  The columns do not have labels. The explanation for each column is listed here.

Case Status: The first column displays the status of the program case.

Reason: The second column displays the status reason when there is one.

Funding: The third column displays the source of funding for the program.

Begin Date: The fourth column displays the begin date of the status.

End Date: The fifth column displays the end date of the status.

Eligibility Decision Date:  The sixth column displays the date that the budget was authorized changing the status to Active.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to close the window.
	Select the Help button to view help information specific to this window.
