Benefit Summary Expert

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Benefit Summary windows display the details used to create the eligibility budget(s).

In the Expert System Summary task the list of authorized budgets can be sorted in one of two ways.

The task opens with the Budgets by Program Case tab in view.

The Budgets by Benefit Month tab can be selected to view the list sorted by Benefit Month.

From either of the tabs a Budget Summary can be viewed by highlighting the budget line and selecting the View Selected button.

The - and + signs before the name is used to expand or collapse the list.

The Benefit Summary program case lists open in the expanded view unless there is more budgets or eligibility information than will display on one window. In that case the list will be collapsed and the worker can expand the selected or all program cases.

Further detail for many of the line items can be viewed by double clicking on the line. Not all items have a detail window.

The window displays the budget information in boxes on the left and right sides of the window. The budget items displayed vary according to the type of program case, but generally financial information is listed on the left side and edibility determination information on the right side.
