The Certification Periods window displays the certification period history information for the Food Stamp program case.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Program Case Group Box:

This group box displays the last and first name of the program case name person, the type of program, and program case number of the selected program case.

Certification Date List Box:

This box displays the certification history information.

Begin Date: This column displays the begin date of the certification period.

End Date: This column displays the end date of the certification period.

ACTION BUTTONS:

Select the OK button to close the window.
