The N-FOCUS System displays three types of Summaries.
These windows are information display only so they open in “active” status. (Only a single click is needed to open). No case actions can be taken in these tasks.
The Benefit Summary displays information about the benefits received by the household. There are two places in the N-FOCUS system where this information is displayed.
The Case Summary task displays information about eligibility of the household members for DHHS programs. The Case summary program case list will open in the collapsed view and may be expanded.
