EF Error Messages
If there is no EF program case and the Update button is selected, the message reads:
There are no valid Employment First cases for this action for the selected benefit month.
If the Participant List is empty because the remaining person(s) is under age 16, the message reads:
There are no valid persons for this action for the selected benefit month.
If the Participant List is empty because all eligible person have an existing EF case, the message reads:
All valid participants have an EF case for the selected benefit month. Use either the 'Update' or 'Reopen' case action.
If Add is selected and an EF case cannot be added for a selected person because they are not an active or pending ADC participant or financially responsible relative in an ADC case the message reads:
Unable to add EF case, as selected person does not have a valid role in an ADC/MED case.
If Update is selected and all EF cases are 'closed' or no EF case exists for the selected processing month the message reads:
There are no valid Employment First cases for this action for the selected benefit month.
If Update is selected and based on current date, the processing month is either not in the current quarter or 30 days (1 month) past the end of the previous quarter the message reads
Federal Reports have been filed for this month. Update is not allowed for this month.
If Reopen is selected and the participant list is empty, the message reads:
All valid participants have an active, exempt, transitional or sanctioned EF case for the selected benefit month.
If Reopen is selected and an EF case cannot be reopened for a selected person because they are not an active or pending ADC participant or financially responsible relative in an ADC case the message reads:
Unable to reopen EF case, as selected person does not have a valid role in an ADC/MED case.
