List School Attendance

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The List School Attendance window displays all instances of school attendance for the program person. School attendance information is mandatory for CFS, JC, IL, and FW program cases but can be used to gather school attendance information for any other program persons.

A new instance of School Attendance must be created every time the child(ren):

• Change schools
• Changes Grades
• Begin Dates change.

Other information can be updated.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

School Attending: This field displays the name of the school for this instance of school attendance.

Grade: This field displays the grade the person is or has attended for this instance of school attendance.

Begin Date: This field displays the first day the child went to school for this instance of school attendance.

End Date: This field displays the last day the child attended school for this instance of school attendance.

Note: If this field is blank, this is the current instance of school attendance.
