Payee Payment Method messages

No Payee Payment Method

When you have inquiry only security access and the person does not have Payee Payment Method established the message reads:

Payee does not have a payment method established

Account Already Exists

When you have update security and the person or organization has a debit card, a second debit card cannot be created. The displayed message reads:

This payment method already exists for this person/organization and payee type.  Use the existing payment method.

Invalid Routing Number

The Routing number for the Bank must be a valid 9 digit number or the following message displays:

Invalid Routing Number.

Duplicate Payment Method

When creating a new payment method, if another Direct Deposit Payment Method exists with the same payee type and the status is pre-note or active, the status is the same or in the future the following message displays:

Action not valid with existing Direct Deposit.
Update, close, or delete existing Direct Deposit before adding a new payment method
