Pregnancy Warning Message

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

This warning message opens when the person selected for the addition of a pregnancy is age 16 or younger.  It does not stop the addition but is used as an alert to check to see if the correct person is selected.

MESSAGE:

The person you are adding a Pregnancy for is age ( age of child).  Do you want to continue?

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Yes button to proceed with the addition.
	Select the No button to close the window without adding the pregnancy to the selected person.
