School Information

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The School Information window opens when the School Information button is selected on the Detail Address window for an Organization.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Schools Group Box:

School District:  Select the Search arrow to open the List School District window and select the district where the organization is located.

Elementary: Select the Elementary School from those listed in the drop down box. The list displays the names of the elementary schools in the County listed for the organization.

Middle/Jr. High:  Select the name of the Middle School or Junior High School from those listed in the drop down box.  The list displays the names of the Middle or Junior High schools in the County listed for the organization.

Senior High: Select the name of the Senior High School from those listed in the drop down box.  The list displays the names of the Senior High schools in the County listed for the organization.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to save the information and return to the Detail Address window.
	Select the Cancel return to the Detail Address window without saving any school information.
