Unborn Information

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Unborn Information window is used to update pregnancy information when a child has been born. Using this window to update the child insures that the newborn retains the same Agency Related Person number the unborn had. The window automatically displays when a pregnancy is updated with the reason of “birth” and an end date entered.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

First: This field automatically defaults to “Unborn”. Enter the first name of the newborn child.

Middle: Enter the middle name of the newborn child.

Last: Enter the last name of the newborn child.

Sex: Select the sex of the newborn child from the drop down list.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to save the changes and return to the “Person Demographic Data” window.
	Select the Cancel button to cancel any information entered and return to the previous window.
