Case Narrative List

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Case Narrative List displays the list of case narratives found using the criteria on the Search Case Narrative window.

How Do I:

Print Narrative

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Selection Condition Group Box:

Select All: Select this radio button to highlight all narratives. The Actions drop down menu can then be used to open the Print window from which a copy of the selected narratives will be printed.

Deselect All: Select this radio button to remove all previous narrative selections.

Narrative List Group Box:

Recorded: This field displays the date the narrative was created.

Subject: This field displays the subject of narrative.

Short Description: This field displays the short summary of the narrative subject.

Logon Id: This field displays the Logon ID of the person who created the narrative.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select this button to view information on a previous page. This will only enable if there is more than one page of information.
	Select this button to view information on the next page. This will only enable if there is more than one page of information.
