Alerts can be viewed for 6 months from the display date. After that, they are archived and cannot be displayed from any view on N-FOCUS. After the six months, they can be retrieved by using the Retrieved Archived Alerts function.
From the NFOCUS Main Menu in the upper left hand corner select: the GoTo Menu >Retrieve Archived>Alerts.
Archived Alerts can be retrieved for Master Cases,Organization and Service Approvals. Alerts are archived for Master Case, Intake, Case Management or Financial alert types.
