CSE Non-Cooperation Sanction Information

When Child Support Enforcement adds an instance of non-cooperation to the CHARTS system and the person causing the non-cooperation is in a program case that can be sanctioned, an alert is created to notify the N-FOCUS worker that the sanction should be imposed on the case.

When the sanction is imposed in the N-FOCUS system an automatic notice is sent to the CHARTS system that the action has been taken.  CHARTS is also notified in situations where the person is not a participant in a program case that can be sanctioned.

When the person cooperates with Child Support Enforcement and the information is entered in CHARTS another alert is created to notify the N-FOCUS worker that the sanction should be lifted.

When the Sanction Task is mandatory a red X appears next to the Sanctions task .  The task must be viewed before budgets can be processed when:

As long as the Non-Cooperation is effective and the Sanctions task has not been resolved the red X must be viewed each time a budget needs to be processed.  The red X will be removed when the sanction action is completed or when CSE has placed an end date on the con-cooperation on CHARTS, or the worker enters a Not Imposed reason in the Sanction Task.
