Document Imaging

The Document Imaging icon is located on the Detail Master Case window, the Person Detail window, Detail Program Case window, Alerts/Work Task window and Detail Organization window.  

Clicking the Document Imaging icon   will open the Search Image window.  The information displaying on the Search Image window will depend on which of the five windows was used as the entry point.

Tips 

• If multiple persons are selected on the Search Image window, and Select All or many categories are selected, the search may take longer.  
• If an image is checked out in File Director, it can not be updated or removed until it is checked in.
