Program Case Assignments
Key Points:
- When a Master Case and its Program Cases are created,
the Case Registration process establishes the relationship between the
Master Case and the office of the person adding the cases to N-FOCUS.
- In order to download the case to work it in the
Expert System, each Program Case in the Master Case must be assigned.
- The first assignment made to a Program Case becomes
the Primary Notice Worker. There can only be one Primary Notice Worker.
- The position being assigned to the Program Case
may be vacant or filled.
- The position being assigned to the Program Case
as the Master Case.
- Assignments may be made starting from either the
Detail Master Case or Detail Program
Case window by using the Assignments icon or the Go To menu item.
- CFS, ADD, CDD, DDSC or DDAID program cases can
be assigned only from the Detail Program Case window
assignments function,
- There can be only one active Primary or CFS Case
Manager at any one time, but any number of other worker
roles can be actively assigned to the case
