Send a Service Need Assessment Plan Notification

1.  Approve a Service Need Assessment.
2. On the Detail Service Needs Assessment window select the Correspondence icon to open the Search Correspondence window.
3. Select the New button to open the Create Correspondence window.
4. Select the Service Need Assessment Plan Notification option to open the Service Need Assessment Plan Notification window.
5. Add the appropriate provider information and save the notice to be mailed in batch or print locally from the Detail Service Needs Assessment window.
