5-015.06 Analyzing an Abuse/Neglect Report

473 NAC 5-015.06

The worker shall determine that a report constitutes a report of adult abuse/neglect if -

1. The report involves a vulnerable adult age 18 or older;

2. Harm or substantial risk of harm to the adult is alleged; and

3. A specific incident or pattern of incidents suggesting adult abuse and/or neglect is identified.
