Household Status - Update

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Household Status Update window is used to change the household status of the person highlighted on the Current window. The change is effective the first day of the selected month.

How Do I:

Update Household Status

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Person: The last name, first name, date of birth, and household status of all the person(s) selected on the Current window.

Household Status: The “In HH” radio button should be selected to indicate that the person(s) are in the household. The “out of HH” radio button should be selected to indicate the person(s) are not in the household.

Take action for this month only? Group Box: This field is enabled when the client(s) are is active or spenddown status and the month selected in the Benefit Month on the Household Status Current Tab window is the current month or a previous month.

Select the “yes” radio button if the change in household membership is for only the month selected in the Benefit Month. (If you cannot view the date, move the mouse pointer to the title bar of this window and drag the window lower to view the date field.)

ACTION BUTTONS:

	The OK button is used to save the information that has been currently entered. It will be enabled when all required information has been entered.
	The Cancel button is used to leave the window and NOT save the information that has been currently entered.
	Select the Help button to display the help information for the active task.
