Close AABD Essential Person

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Close AABD Essential Person window is used to close a person from the role of Essential Person in an AABD case.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Program Case Box:

This box identifies the AABD program case selected on the Other Role Actions - Current tab.

Last Name: This column displays the last name of the program case person.

First Name: This column displays the first name of the program case person.

Program: This column displays the type of program case.

Program Number: This column displays the system number assigned to the program case.

Person Box:

This box displays the person currently in the role of Essential Person.

Last Name: This column displays the last name of the Essential Person.

First Name: This column displays the first name of the Essential Person.

Birth Date: This column displays the date of birth for the Essential Person.

Change selected Participant(s) Household Status to “Out”? :These radio buttons enable when the selected person has a household status of “in household”.

O Yes: Select this radio button if the Essential Person is not in the household.

O No: Select this radio button if the Person is in the household.

Take action for this month only? These radio buttons enable if the month selected in the Benefit Month on the Other Role Action - Current tab is not the come up month.

O Yes: Select the “yes” radio button if the closing of the Essential Person is for only the month selected in the Benefit Month. The Essential person will be closed for only the selected benefit month and opened beginning with the following month.

O No: Select the No radio button if the Essential Person should be closed for more than the one month.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	The OK button enables when all required information has been completed. It is used to save the information that has been currently entered and return to the Other Role Action - Current tab.
	The Cancel button is used to leave the window and NOT save the information that has been currently entered.
	The Help button will always be enabled. Help will display the help information relating to the case maintenance task that is active.
