Other Role Actions - Current

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Other Role Action - Current tab lists the AABD or Spousal Impoverishment Medical program cases established in the Master Case for the selected month.

The program case may be expanded (+ or -) to show all program persons, their roles, and their household status.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Benefit Month: Open the drop down list to select the benefit month process. All the case and person information displays as of the selected benefit month.

PC LAST NAME: This field displays the last name of person who is the program case name.

PC FIRST NAME: This field displays the first name of the person who is the program case name.

PROGRAM: This field displays the type of expert system program case.

PC STATUS: This field displays the status of the program case in the month selected.

PC NUMBER: This field displays the number assigned to the program case.

Last Name:This field displays the last name of the person(s) in the expanded program case.

First Name: This field displays the first name of the person(s) in the expanded program case.

DOB/EDD: This field displays the person’s date of birth or the expected date of delivery for unborns.

Role: This field displays the person’s role in the program case.

Status: This field displays the person’s status in the program case.

Status Reason: This field displays the reason for the person’s status.

HH Status: This field displays the person’s household status.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	The Add button enables when the Master Case contains a person who can be a Essential Person for AABD or a Community Spouse and/or Dependent Family Member for a SIMP/MED case. Highlight the program case row and select the Add button to display the Add AABD Essential Person or Add SIMP Community Spouse or Dependent Family Member window. The person who will be the Essential Person, Community Spouse, or Dependent Family Member should not be pending in a AABD program case.
	The Close button enables when an active Essential Person,Community Spouse, or Dependent Family Member is highlighted in the list. Select the Close button to display the Close AABD Essential Person or Close SIMP Community Spouse or Dependent Family Member window.
	The Reopen button enables when a highlighted person can be reopened in the role of Essential Person,Community Spouse, or Dependent Family Member. Select the Reopen button to display the Reopen AABD Essential Person or Reopen SIMP Community Spouse or Dependent Family Member window.
	The Help button will always be enabled. Help will display the help information relating to the case maintenance task that is active.
