Index Image
WINDOW OVERVIEW:
This window is accessed from the List Image window by selecting Actions, Update Index Information. It is used to correct scanned document categories or change to whom the scanned document is indexed to.
Index Information Group Box:
Name: This field displays the name of the name to whom the scanned document is indexed to.
Note: To change the name, select the drop down arrow to select a person who is part of the Master Case. If the person for to whom you want to index the document is not part of the Master Case, use the Out-Select arrow to search for the person on N-FOCUS.
Index Type: This field will display either person or Organization.
Index ID: This field displays the Person ID or Organization ID for which the scanned document is indexed to.
Category: This field displays the category the scanned document is currently indexed to. It can be changed in the drop down list to make a new selection. Categories included in this list are based on the users security.
Area: This will always display N-FOCUS.
Generate Alert: Select this box if an alert should be sent to notify the worker images exist.
