Tasks Tab

The ‘Tasks’ Tab displays the tasks on which the user will be working.

Mandatory Tasks – indicated by a bright red ' x ' adjacent to the task name. Mandatory Tasks require completion before the system allows the Budgeting Task to be processed.

Optional Tasks – lack any special indicator. Optional Tasks may be required for specific Program rules, however the system does not requires them to process eligibility. These Tasks are entirely within the purview of the worker. Workers must follow program requirements when determining whether to complete Optional Tasks.

Information Indicator – a bright green ' i ' adjacent to a task name. This symbol indicates data has previously been documented within the Task.

Notices Tab

The Notices Tab allows access to Expert System Notice functionality.
