WINDOW # 1

The Window #1 view is on the right side of the screen. This window view serves as the selection list and entry point to documenting data for individual tasks. If the task was selected from the Tree List using a single-click method, the view will be the Summary (information only). If the task was selected from the Tree List using a double-click method, the view will be ‘Current’ and is active for initial or further ongoing data collection.

TABS:

Summary

The Summary view displays all information documented within the specific task. Data on persons in Active or pending status is listed first; data on persons in Closed or Denied status is listed next.

Current

In a new case, all persons required to have information documented in the specific task are displayed in this window view.

In an ongoing case, all current information, that is information that has not been end dated, that has been entered on the system is displayed regarding the specific task.

History

The history view displays information that has been end-dated. It also displays data on persons whose eligibility has been closed or denied.

Read Me

The ‘Read Me’ Tab is a part of the Living Arrangement and Medical Impairment Tasks only.

ACTION BUTTONS:

The Action buttons that are available will vary depending on the task selected.
