WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The List FCRO Person Tracking window displays a list of person tracking records that meet the criteria selected on the Search FCRO Person Tracking window. The Details of a record can be viewed by highlighting and opening a line.

How Do I:

Search for a Person Tracking Record

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Last/Adoption ID: This column displays the person's last name or the Adoption identifier.

First: This column displays the person's first name. It will be blank if an adoption identifier is used.

MI: This column displays the person's middle initial.

SSN: This column displays the person's Social Security Number.

Birth Date: This column displays the person's date of birth.

Sex: This column displays the person's gender code.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	The More Minus button is enabled when the More Plus button has been used to view additional pages of information. Select it to view the previously viewed pages.
	The More Plus button is enabled when the list has addition pages of information. Select it to view the additional pages.
