The Foster Care Review Board Person Tracking is used to record information received by the FCRO from DHHS, the Court, or a Private Agency regarding a child placed in out of home care, including person information and demographics, time in care, custody agency information, placement, family relationships and involvement, legal actions and hearings, and adoption information.
This also includes updating the above information based on reports of changes from one of the custody agencies, information gathered by the review specialist during the course of the review, or information received by other FCRO personnel regarding the child in care.
