The Reopen Earned Income windows are used to reopen an existing instance of earned income that has previously been closed. Highlight the row of employment from the list on the Earned Income - History window.
The Reopen Earned Income Job Information tab is the first tab that displays when the Reopen button is selected on the Earned Income - History window.
The Reopen Earned Income Pay Schedule tab is used to add the new pay schedule or change a pay schedule. If the Pay Rate Frequency or the Pay is Received Frequency is different when the employment reopens, a new instance of employment must be added instead of reopening. These fields cannot be updated in the reopen pay schedule tab.
The Update Earned Income Pay Stubs tab is used to used to add pay stub information. The tab is not enabled until the Pay Schedule information is completed.
When an earned income has been reopened it no longer displays on the Earned Income - History window. It moves to the Earned Income - Current window.

The OK button will be enabled when changes have been entered on the Pay Schedule and Pay Stubs tabs. Select this button to save the information and return to the Earned Income - History window. |

The Cancel button is always enabled. Select this button to return to the Earned Income - History window without reopening the employment instance. |

The Help button displays the help information for the active data collection task. |
