Other Income - Current

The Other Income - Current tab lists all current
Incomes that are used differently by the policies of the different programs. other income information for persons in active, pending, premium due, or spenddown status in at least one Expert System Program Case.

The Current tab opens when the Unearned Income task is selected (double click) on the Navigator Window.

Only the most current amount for an Other Income will be displayed. To view any previous amounts to the Summary Tab, highlight the current amount row and select the Details button.

This window is inquiry only. To change the information, use the Action buttons.

The information in the other income windows will display in expanded format. The + or – signs may be used to collapse or expand the levels.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

LAST NAME: This field displays the last name of the person who receives the income.

FIRST NAME: This field displays the first name of the person who receives the income.

DOB: This field displays the person’s date of birth. Unborn EDD dates will not appear because an unborn cannot be designated as the owner of Other Income.

AGE: This field displays the person’s current age.

NUMBER: This field displays the person’s unique system generated Agency Related Person number.

Type: This field displays the source of the other income.

Description: This field displays a description of the other income

Amount: This field displays the amount of the other income.

Frequency: This field displays the frequency of the other income. Other income is always a "monthly" frequency.

Begin Date: This field displays the date the other income amount begins.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	The Add button is enabled when none of the incomes are highlighted. Select the Add button to open the Add Other Income window.
	The Update button is enabled when a row of unearned income is highlighted. Select the Update button to open the Other Income Data window.
	The Close button is enabled when a row of unearned income is highlighted. Select the Close button to open the Close Other Income popup window.
	The Delete button is enabled when a row of unearned income is highlighted. Select the Delete button to open the Delete Other Income popup window.
	The Help button displays the help information for the active data collection task.
